The refuse column is the feature. It is where the exciting version goes to wait for evidence, and it is public, so the refusal is a commitment rather than a mood.
Why boring wins
The site's own history is the case study: the admin is a local rehearsal, the accounts are a Prisma schema waiting for a database, the payments are refused. Each is a slice that ships today instead of a north star that ships never. Boring first is how the exciting version eventually gets to exist.
