One page for the numbers a new reader asks first: how big is it, what checks it, and what work made it. Every figure below is read at build time from the build report and the blame-verified gate index — the same files the harness compares — so this page cannot disagree with the build it describes, and it goes stale in the commit that changes a number, not silently.

The gates, by suite
265 named checks, each asserting one claim. The index is regenerated from the scripts by npm run gates:index, and the harness fails if it drifts — the counts below are that index, not a hand list.

The two scripts the index reads cover 199 export-side and 66 demo-side checks; the accessibility, fixture and determinism suites run from their own scripts and are timed in docs/check-report.json — this page prints their last recorded result, it does not re-run them.

What this page is honest about
- The gates were counted when the index was last regenerated, not when this page was built — the freshness gate keeps the two from drifting apart by more than a commit.
- The suite timings are the last recorded run from docs/check-report.json, written by npm run check:all. This page does not run anything.
- The commit list is the blame over two scripts — check:exports and check:demos — which is where the named checks live; the a11y and fixture suites have their own files and are not blame-indexed.
