What we collect
Account data: email address, optional name, and a bcrypt hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
Usage data: which items you copy, when, and a truncated IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Billing data: plan, status and Stripe identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Messages you send through the contact or submission forms.
How we use it
To sign you in, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to messages and keep the service secure.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers.
Processors
Stripe for payments, our hosting provider for servers, and an email provider for transactional mail. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@56juqingba.com. Deleting an account removes its copies, tokens and referral record.
We keep minimal order records where required for tax and accounting.
