14-day window
Request a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will return it in full, no interrogation.
For recurring renewals, the same 14-day window applies from the renewal date, provided you have not copied more than 20 items since renewal.
How to request
Email hello@56juqingba.com from the address on the account with the word “refund” in the subject. We reply within one business day.
Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
Prompt packs are refundable within 14 days if unused. Once a pack has been spent, it cannot be refunded.
Accounts suspended for resale or paywall abuse are not eligible for refunds.
