Bundle vs ala-carte
A meter that argues against its own bundle
4 packs, real unit prices, and a running comparison against the $19 Pro plan. Pick one pack and the meter will tell you the bundle is the wrong buy — which is exactly the sentence a cost meter at a checkout usually refuses to print.
Unit prices from the plan table; no checkout behind the meter
No payment processor is wired into this build. Nothing here can charge a card, store a receipt or email an invoice — every paid surface below is a working demo of the flow, and the prices are this site's own plan copy.
Pick what you would actually buy
The arithmetic
- Template installs ×2
- $24
- Saved theme kits ×3
- $18
- Ala-carte, this month
- $42
- Pro, one month
- $19
Ala-carte costs $23 more than one month of Pro ($19). Pro is the cheaper month if you would buy most of this.
Comparing one month against one-off purchases is deliberate and slightly unfair — a second month of Pro costs another $19, while the packs are bought once. Say that at the checkout, or the meter is a sales trick.
This meter reads from one price table
Unit prices, the Pro price and the yearly saving all come from the same module the plan cards use, so a change to the plan cannot leave a stale number here. The checkout button below is the demo boundary: it opens a receipt mock, not a payment page.
The packs this meter can offer, and the one it refuses to
- Template installs $12 per template × 2 = $24
2 templates exist, so this line can only ever be 2 units.
- Saved theme kits $6 per kit × 3 = $18
Priced as a three-kit brand set because that is a realistic brand refresh, not a technical limit.
- API access $9 per month × 1 = $9
Needs a server. Priced here so the meter can compare it to the bundle.
- Priority review $15 per month × 1 = $15
Also needs a server and a reviewer. Included because leaving a paid feature out of a cost meter would be the dishonest version.
116 prompts across 80 industries: a "prompt pack per sector" would sell about one prompt at a time, so this build does not price them as packs.
