Terms of use

These terms cover the catalog, the prompts and the guides. They are short because the licence they sit on top of is short, and because a page that nobody reads is not protection for anyone.

The licence on the code

Every asset in the catalog is published under MIT. That means you may copy, modify, publish and sell anything you build from it, including commercially, with no attribution requirement and no account. The only obligation is the one MIT carries: keep the copyright notice with the code you redistribute.

362 assets carry that licence today. It is recorded per asset, not assumed — the licence page prints which records carry a field and which are covered by policy instead.

The prompts

Prompt text is published under the same freedom as the code: copy it, change it, paste it into any model or builder you like. What the site asks in return is honesty about the numbers — if you quote a fidelity score or a run log, quote it with the model and the date it was recorded on, because a score without those is a number that means nothing.

Paid subscriptions

Pro is a subscription billed by Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves access running to the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy, which is a 14-day window on the current charge.

Cancelling never touches the library: the code you already copied is MIT and is not behind the subscription.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and gate nothing in the library. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens through it. Do not reuse a password you use elsewhere.

What these terms do not say

  • No warranty. The assets are audited and the audit pages are public, but “audited” is not “guaranteed to fit your project”.
  • No uptime commitment. This is a static build on a host; no measurement of its availability is recorded, so a number here would be invented.
  • No arbitration clause, no class-action waiver, no clause that changes without notice. If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
